Sure, I have seen the mgr be a crouch, but the prices on the big stuff are cheaper than any store I have ever been in...only mail order could match it...and their reg service is fast and good...done in one weekend! Most shops make ya wait weeks for servicing...DP has tons of parts in stock and ready to go! As for the battery change in my dive computer...I do my own...no markup on parts or for labor!

The Man at this store is the most crotchety, mean, rude person I have ever had the unpleasure of meeting. I went in there needing to replace a battery in a computer, he wanted to charge me $40.00 to do it, and said he would get to it when he wanted to get to it.

I then proceeded across the street to Sport Divers where they were very nice, and helped me change my battery at no charge. I will never return to Divers Paradise.

Very rude and unhelpful service. Everything was overpriced.
